Mexican hog roast

A whole hog slow cooked, served with tortilla wraps, guacamole, salsa, sour cream and fresh chillies. Includes loaded nachos, mixed green salad, and three bean salad with corn and roasted red peppers


Italian hog roast

Anti-pasti (A selection of salamis, prosciutto and other cold meats) for starters with a selection of freshly baked breads and grissini.

Whole pig served rubbed with extra virgin olive oil, served in a soft fresh roll with crackling, cooked with Italian herbs and spices and fresh apple. Includes garlic and rosemary roasted potatoes cooked in all the juices of the pork, Mediterranean salad (Green leaves, red onion, tomatoes, olives and feta cheese), and Roasted Mediterranean vegetables.


Middle Eastern Lamb roast

Roasted slow cooked lamb, with soft flatbread, tzatziki, roasted Mediterranean vegetables, and lemony courgette salad.
