On the 10th of August 2024, we had the distinct pleasure of catering for Fin and Asia’s wedding—a truly memorable occasion brimming with love, laughter, and an array of delectable dishes that delighted the senses. With 130 guests in attendance, this was an event that required meticulous planning, attention to detail, and, of course, a passion for exceptional food.
The Perfect Start: Canapés and Fizz
The day commenced with a touch of elegance as guests were welcomed with a selection of canapés and a refreshing glass of fizz. The canapés were crafted to impress:
- Lentil Crostini: Crispy, golden crostinis topped with a savoury lentil spread offered a delightful blend of textures and flavours.
- Pork Skewers: Tender, juicy pork skewers seasoned to perfection added a smoky, succulent touch to the pre-dinner experience.
- Cauliflower Popcorn: A playful and savoury twist on a classic snack, these crispy cauliflower bites were a hit with guests seeking a unique and tasty treat.

- Papaya Salad: This refreshing salad, with its crisp vegetables and tangy dressing, offered a light and zesty counterpoint to the richer dishes.
- Red Onion, Tomato, and Cucumber Salad: A classic combination of fresh, vibrant vegetables that complemented the main dishes with its bright, crisp flavours.

- Aubergine Pickle: A tangy, spicy pickle that provided a bold and flavourful contrast to the main dishes.
